Terms of Delivery

These terms of delivery apply only to Épidote online store.

Basic conditions:

At the moment, we will deliver the products purchased in Épidote  online store only throughout Tbilisi;

• Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed the next day;
• Orders received on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
• Orders placed on public holidays are processed the next business day.
• The company is obliged to ensure the processing of the customer's order within 5 working days from the moment of depositing the money into Epidote's bank account. The term of delivery of the item to the customer should not exceed 2 working days after the processing of the order. except in exceptional cases.
• Delivery of purchases over 200 GEL is free throughout Tbilisi.
• Shipping rates:
• Rates are calculated automatically on the purchase page.
• The customer has the opportunity to choose the terms of free delivery (in this case, the delivery period is carried out within 2 working days after the order is processed.
• The customer has the opportunity to choose the condition of paid delivery - within 1 working day after placing the order. In this case, the cost of delivery throughout Tbilisi is 8 GEL.
• Delivery is made to the address only, without pickup.
