Products purchased online can be exchanged/returned within 14 days of product delivery. The item can be changed if a factory defect is found.

To return products for exchanging, the following conditions must be fully met:

• When returning or exchanging products, the product must have its brand mark on its face, and the product must have its original appearance.
• The product must not have the relevant identifying marks (label) removed.
• Branded packaging must be intact and in its original form.
• Goods can only be exchanged  of the same or greater value (if there is a corresponding balance)

Products will not be exchanged/returned if:

• There are signs of self-harm.
• Purchased during a discount.
• If a particular model is out of stock, it will not be possible to exchange the item.
• The set of products is not fully presented.
• Other circumstances exclude the responsibility of the seller.

Exchange/return of items purchased throughout Tbilisi is possible at the legal address of "Epidote" LLC.

Warranty period

The warranty period of the purchased products is 30 (thirty) calendar days, which is counted from the day of handing over the item to the customer. After the expiration of the mentioned period, the item is not subject to repair only if the defect/damage is caused by the fault of the user.

If the repair of the item requires an unreasonable expense after the expiration of the warranty period, the repair of the item may be carried out only at the expense of the user, in this case, a written notification should be sent to the e-mail: epidote.jewelry@gmail.com and the item should be delivered at the expense of the user to the legal address of "Epidote" LLC, after which, a reasonable time frame and cost of repairing the item will be determined.

The warranty is calculated from the date of delivery of the item to the customer.

The company is obliged to deliver the goods to the customer without delay, but no later than 30 calendar days after the conclusion of the transaction, unless otherwise stipulated by the contract.
